By accessing or using The Price Club website, mobile application, or any related services (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

Overview of Services

The Price Club is a marketplace that connects consumers with independent third‑party vendors who offer promotional deals, discounts, or services. The Price Club is not the provider of the goods or services offered by vendors.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Platform.

Accounts

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Purchases and Redemptions

When you purchase a deal, you are entering into a direct agreement with the vendor. Redemption of deals is subject to the vendor’s terms, availability, and applicable laws. The Price Club is not responsible for fulfillment.

Payments

Payments are processed through third‑party payment processors. The Price Club does not store your payment information. Fees, subscription charges, or transaction fees may apply and will be disclosed at the time of purchase.

Cancellations and Refunds

Refunds, cancellations, and disputes are governed by the vendor’s policies unless otherwise stated. The Price Club may, at its discretion, assist in dispute resolution but does not guarantee refunds.

Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, fulfillment of deals, customer service, and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Platform, engage in fraudulent activity, violate laws, infringe intellectual property rights, or interfere with the Platform’s operation.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including logos, text, and software, is owned by or licensed to The Price Club and may not be used without prior written permission.

Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. THE PRICE CLUB DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE QUALITY, SAFETY, OR LEGALITY OF VENDOR OFFERINGS.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE PRICE CLUB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Price Club from any claims arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

Termination

The Price Club may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for any reason.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

The Price Club may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
